Poker players, rejoice! The last Sunday in April will be madness. For Pennsylvania poker players, as well as those in New Jersey and elsewhere.
Flutter Entertainment’s PokerStars US has announced a single-day $1 million guarantee prize pool on Million Dollar Sunday, April 30.
For players in the shared Michigan and New Jersey player pool, a schedule of 10 tournaments is slated by PokerStars US. April 30 marks a guaranteed prize pool of $1M for Shared Liquidity with an additional $500,000 on offer across a 9-tournament schedule in Pennsylvania for Half Million Dollar Sunday.
“We are thrilled to present these ground-breaking schedules to our valued players in Michigan, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania,” said Severin Rasset, managing director of PokerStars US, in a news release.
Tournaments will start at 1 p.m. ET with a $50 buy-in Sunday Marathon, which guarantees $25,000 for shared liquidity and $15,000 in Pennsylvania. The Sunday Special $200 buy-in Main Events gets under way at 5 p.m. with a huge $500,000 GTD for SL and $250,000 in PA. Additionally, the Sunday Monster events offer accessible $10 buy-ins with opportunities to compete for larger, guaranteed prize pools.
