Has Does PA Rank as a Lucky Lottery State?
All you need is two dollars and a dream.
Every day, millions of Americans use some extra cash and hope their numbers hit for that dream of a lifetime.
With National Lottery Day coming on July 17, we decided to take a break from covering sports betting and PA online casinos to look at the states that have had the most luck winning the Powerball.
PennStakes.com – your source for PA betting sites - utilized Powerball.com’s Media Center to gather the 10 states that have the most residents to win the lottery.
Just $2 per play, Powerball is contested when you select five numbers between 1 and 69, then select one number between 1 and 26 for the red Powerball. You may choose your own numbers on a play slip or let the lottery terminal randomly pick your numbers for you.
